africa alive lions

i visited africa alive a few weeks ago and asked a volunteer what the lions were called and he doesnt know, i was wonderring if anyone else knew?

I think they are called Lions, like every where else.

Just had a quick look at their fb page. there was a male called Zero there in January. Maybe you could have a look through there. I've never been there but looking through their fb page i might make a visit sometime next year.

ok i also know they have a castrated male called "jadu" but what about the females?

The original two are 'Zero' and 'Little Mo', and then their offspring: Makimba, Sarabi and Tor born in 2006 and then Jadu and another female born in 2009.

thank you, i do not think there will be any more cubs born there as they already have had a few litters and the enclosure wont be able to hold around 11 lions.
