Minnesota Zoo Africa Is Back!

The seasonal Africa exhibit opens at the Minnesota Zoo this weekend, and it includes 5 species on 6 acres of land. It's great that the zoo focuses on cold weather animals but still has the opportunity to provide the public with an African-themed summer enclosure.

Its neat how Minnesota has a temorary exhibit every Summer for African animals. Usually you only hear of temporary exhibits housing smaller species, not large mammals =)
