I found this. Of course it could change or whatever. I just looked up "Houston Zoo mater plan" than went to google image. I know its blurry lol

If the zoo is working on a new Master Plan then this is irrelevant. The Director has changed, years have passed, they will start from scratch based on current understandings and aims. That is why organizations do new Master Plans every ten years or so
