Antarctic penguins in UK zoos

Does anyone know if there are certain problems in keeping Antarctic penguin species in the UK ? Kings, Gentoos, and Rockhoppers are all kept in this country, so why not Emperors, Adelies, Chinstraps, etc ? I know that Edinburgh kept Chinstraps in the 1950s and 60s. Have Royal penguins ever been seen in UK zoos? I know they are very similar to Macaronis, which are kept.
If anyone out there can help?

I think the main problem is the climate in this country, too damp and mild for Antarctic species, so therefore incurring the problem of building an appropriate indoor climate controlled exhibit, which would blow the bidget of even the largest of zoos in this country, to build and to maintain.
Edinburgh in the past has kept emperor, adelie, chinstraps, Humboldt, black footed and rockhopper.
Currently keeping king, gentoo and macaroni

I think it might be because there are so few Emporers, Chinstraps etc in captivity overall, not due to problems keeping them in the UK.
