Are these invertebrates kept and bred in zoological institutions?

I know they may be owned by privates, but I am curious about are there any zoological institutions interested in having these species.

  • Elegant Grasshopper (Zonocerus elegans)
  • Rainbow Milkweed Locust (Phymateus saxosus)
  • Peacock Spider (Maratus volans)
  • Picasso Bug (Sphaerocoris annulus)
  • Rainbow Shield Bug (Calidea dregii)
  • Cotton Harlequin Bug (Tectocoris diophthalmus)
  • Madagascar Sunset Moth (Chrysiridia rhipheus)
  • Helena Morpho (Morpho Rhetenor Helena)
  • Pyrops candelaria
  • Eupholus schoenherri
  • Frog-legged Leaf Beetle(Sagra buquet)
  • Malaysia Fire Snail(Platymma tweediei)

I have worked in a behavioral ecology lab that bred several Maratus species. It's actually quiet easy and the six species we had were all bred the same way. But they are absolutely tiny! I wouldn't know of any benefit a zoo would have if the display them...
