Interesting place, I have driven by a few times and saw animals, but I had no idea what it was.

They own the property fronting US 441as well as the large parcel south of 344th St. You can see the paddocks clearly in Google earth:
Main parcel: 27.562468, -80.826425
Large secondary parcel: 27.555899940612903, -80.8321664956833

According to their website they are open to the public by appointment. It is owned by Roshan/Ron Shoffet who owns/manages a property management company (RMS Properties) in Illinois and likes animals. RMS Properties own/manage shopping plazas in south Florida and other areas of the country.

From their website:
“Area 51 is a privately run sanctuary. All of our animals have their own unique story as to how they came to the sanctuary, sadly, most had lived their lives in horrid conditions. Our mission at area 51 sanctuary, is to provide the best care possible for all our furry friends. We try to provide the most natural habitats possible.
While they are a sanctuary, they are also clearly breeding the animals.

Just saw your post in the other thread and was going to ask if it had any relation to the Area 51 Sanctuary in Illinois. Now I'm thinking there is no physical sanctuary in IL, just this one in Florida? Very confusing. But good job solving it!

Yeah, I think it is just this one in FL. He seems to live up in IL, but he does a lot of business down here. He actually posts on the Area-51 facebook page sometimes.
