In case anyone does not believe in climate change (aka global warming), I do not know how anyone can deny this well-researched article. Deals with rising sea levels on the US east coast and their current effect on coastal towns. (Not hypothetical effects, but what they are already suffering).
Of course the US government is doing next to nothing about it, which is no surprise. And also no surprise many Republicans still claim climate change does not exist.

When I visit Europe I love how easy it is to get around by train and I wish the same was true here in the car-centric United States. I ride a bike most days myself, but of course I am in a very tiny minority of the US population.
