Nigeria zoo director kidnapped

Three policemen were killed and the head of the zoo abducted. Motive is unclear at this stage.

This is interesting. Ogba Zoo (which is just outside Benin City) has been the site of much squabbling over the past years, with conflict over the land on which it is built. It would not be unlikely that this attack stems from this....
