Attempt at listing (some of) the animals in Amneville zoo

I have often been frustrated at the lack of info on the internet regarding Amneville zoo and its animals. The website just spouts rubbish about the tiger show and says nothing about the actual zoo!

So I am trying to list some of the species from photos from my visit and other people's photos. Feel free to add: it will be far from perfect!

Mammals

Felids: White tiger, White lion, Amur tiger, Sumatran tiger, Barbary lion, Jaguar, Black jaguar, Persian leopard, Black leopard, Snow leopard, Cougar, Eurasian lynx, Serval, Fishing cat, Caracal, Cheetah, European wildcat, Sand cat.
Hyenas: Spotted hyena and Striped hyena.
Other carnivorans: Raccoon, Red panda, Brown bear, Californian sea lion, Arctic wolf, Meerkat, Ring tailed coati, Polar bear, African wild dog, Maned wolf.
Ungulates: Rothschild's giraffe, Kafue lechwe, Llama, Red river hog, Hippopotamus, Bactrian camel, Barbary sheep, Southern white rhinoceros.
Primates: Barbary macaque, Ring tailed lemur, Mandrill, Siamang, Lar gibbon, Common squirrel monkey, Sumatran orangutan, White faced saki, Western lowland gorilla, Gelada, Emperor tamarin.
Other: Black tailed prairie dog, Bennett's wallaby, Rock hyrax, Common gundi, African elephant, Brown rat, Alsatian hamster.

Birds

Parrots and cockatoos: Green winged macaw, Blue and yellow macaw, Military macaw, African grey parrot, Pink cockatoo.
Birds of prey: Lanner falcon, Hooded vulture, Golden eagle, Red kite, Black chested buzzard eagle, Bald eagle, Harris hawk, King vulture, African white-backed vulture, Lammergeier, Rueppell's griffon vulture, Eurasian black vulture, Himalayan griffon vulture, Lappet-faced vulture, Palm-nut vulture, Western Eurasian griffon vulture, White-headed vulture, Great grey owl, Saker falcon, Andean condor.
Other: Humboldt penguin, Emu, Chilean flamingo, Dalmatian pelican, Southern ground hornbill, Scarlet ibis, Guinea turaco, Mallard, Peafowl, Secretary bird.

Emerald tree boa, Asian water monitor, Quince monitor, Green iguana

The fundamental problem is that ZTL is not working though.... at least not on most people's computers.

Basically, when you go to the Zooindex and you type in the name of the zoo and you click on it, it just doesn't work. Only the individual animal holding records still work for me and many others, which would of course take days to trawl through individually.

When you say "most people" and "many others", who are you referring to? It works fine for me, for instance.

It does work at least on my computer and iPad...

In you go to ‚expert search‘ and type in ‚Amneville‘ under ‚zoo‘ you get a complete list...
