Hey guys, I am currently doing some courses at TAFE for animals and eventually want to work with Big cats and reptiles and I was wondering what the policy was with tattoos and working with the Sumatran Tigers and big cats? I want to get "Stay Strong" on both of my wrists but I want to work with the big cats as well and I know Australia zoo like to have a clean cut staff which I understand and respect but I was just wondering what was everyones thoughts on having tattoos that would be visible but can be covered and being a big cat handler? If you really want to work with big cats, if you think tattoos will hinder that, and you don't already have the tattoos.... it seems like there's an obvious answer there.
