What is the current baboon situation at Auckland Zoo? Have all the original group died? Is the male Tony who was transfered from Franklin Zoo still alive?

Yes you are correct, the original group are no longer, and Tony from Franklin is still there.

I heard 2 males are coming from Adelaide Zoo very soon are any females planned for them?

two male baboons bred at adelaide zoo have completed their quarantine and have been sent to auckland. good luck guys

Oooo, cheers Glyn... Next time I go I'll find out how long their quarantine is here (6, 12 weeks?) and plan to see them on their first day on exhibit...

Adelaide Zoo's website states that they will be starting a new group in Auckland. Does anyone have any details on future females for this new group?
