Chester Zoo Baby Dwarf Mongoose's

It appears that the Dwarf Mongoose have successfully bred. There are now 2 babies running around with the parents. One is confident and follows the adults outside right away but the other is a bit more timid. I dont know if its two girls, two boys or one of each at the minute but will try and find out.

Fantastic news! And a great shot! Hopefully, a larger group can develop from this, and maybe the enclosure wont seem so empty from now on!

Hopefully they will breed anually and this will become an even better exhibit.
