Barcelona Zoo visit

I’ll be going to Barcelona for the first time next week, and have plans to visit the zoo with my family. I would like to know if it’s good and what are some things (animals/ exhibits) that are must-sees.

Barcelona Zoo is good, but many exhibits are outdated and the construction of new modern exhibits is taking too long...

Must-sees... black-faced impalas, Montseny brook newts, red-rumped putty-nosed guenon and probably some more that I'm missing. About exhibits, the reptile house and all new enclosures (orangutans and the sabana zone)
