Thank you very much for this information it is much appreciatedThere was a post recently on this forum about the Rosamond Gifford zoo keeping an elderly white winged vampire bat.
I think contacting that zoo by email with your question could be a good start as they evidently have some expertise in maintaining Desmodus bats in optimum conditions in captivity.
Thank you for the information much appreciated and taking the time to show the picture and informationI have only seen one vampire bat exhibit that I recall, at Wildlife World Zoo in Arizona. It has been a while (not sure if they still hold the species) but I remember it being quite dark, possibly with dim blue lights. Here is a photo I posted with the camera set to high ISO, but it does not show the lighting setup.

Yes i would very much like im seeing things for the first time and collecting as much information as I can thank youI think @Zooplantman is correct that this isn't necessarily the correct site to find that information, and their suggestion is a good idea.
Additionally, what I can offer is a list of US zoos that keep vampire bats, in case you want to get in contact with keepers from those zoos and ask them about exhibit lighting. The keepers who work at your zoo should also have access to a database that may be more of an up-to-date list than mine, but I'll link it here in case it's of use to you: Zoobat Collections (N. America)
