Pretty sure that "predator" is a horned lizard

Lol you would think they would just make the predator a tiger cause it’s there normal logo but I guess they had to go with whatever would fit that space.Pretty sure that "predator" is a horned lizard

Giant anteater naming competition:
Connecticut’s Beadsley Zoo is asking for help to name new baby girl anteater
These three names have been proposed:
Andarliho, which is Portuguese for “wanderer.”
Corajosa, another Portuguese word for “brave, bold, valiant.”
Chili, a small hot-tasting pod of a variety of capsicum, used in sauces and relishes.
I’m really glad they explained what a Chili was.

The competition closes January 21, so I’d imagine anytime from January 22 to January 28.
Chili is the winning name for the vote on the female baby anteaters name.
On February 24th, the zoo announced that they have built a new covered bridge in the Farmyard area.

The Zoo announced today that Rochan the red panda passed away on February 17.

The zoo has posted an 18 minute long sneak peak tour of the construction on the andean bear exhibit on Facebook.

2 exhibit yards, cub yard, nighthouse yard, many dens inside with natural substrate.
They also are begining fase 1 of tiger renuvation in fall.
On April 1st, the zoo announced that their deputy director, Don Goff, has passed away at age 68.

On April 8th, the zoo announced that their (0.1) red wolf named Kawomi passed away due to an illness she could not recover from. She was 10 years old.

On April 14th, the zoo announced that (0.0.5) Guinea hogs were born on April 9th.

Rather youngish for a captive wolf.
On April 19th, the zoo announced that it has received $4.1 million from the state of Connecticut for the construction of a new tiger exhibit, as well as renovations of the greenhouse and the Andean condor exhibit.

Does anyone know if the birds are currently on exhibit? I am visiting from PA this summer. Would love to see the Harris Hawk
On May 2nd, the zoo shared a render of a new pavilion, named the Don Goff Pavilion, to be built with the new Amur tiger exhibit in autumn.
