I was wondering if I could get some people's opinions of the best exhibits for different continents (Africa, Asia, Australia, South America, and North America)? Please only answer about zoos you have visited.

For me it would be
Africa-Kansas City
Asia-DC
Australia-Sedgwick County
South America-Sedgwick County
North America-Minnesota

I think the best continental exhibit for Africa would be Dallas's Wilds of Africa.
Other than a lack of reptiles and hippos there isn't really anything else that this section needs, and almost all (if not all) of the exhibits are excellent.

China at the Memphis Zoo is a great Asian area although it is focused on a particular region. The only exhibit that should be improved is the one for the Giant Pandas. It isn't terrible but it could be a lot better.

For South America, The Dallas World Aquarium's Orinoco Rainforest and Mundo Maya combined has to be one of the best South American exhibits around. It's missing some of the larger animals such as Maned Wolf, Tapir and Spectacled Bear, and some of the exhibits are too small but the collection is amazing. Miami Zoo's Amazon and Beyond is also very good.
