Best Jaguar-enclosure

I've seen already quite a lot of Jaguar enclosures - fro very bad to very good - and the best one sofar must have been the one at Xcaret in Mexico.
Now I found this video on the Internet and this also looks realy great ! Does anybody know where this is ?

It looks like they speak thai, so I think that this should be in Thailand. But I don't know in which zoo it could be.

Saw this video this morning. Very cool watching a cat dive deep in water. And I agree that it looks like Thailand, but no idea where.
