This is just a bit of fun to judge the general consensus on the best enclosure for Langurs in the Benelux. I have added a few photos from the gallery to make it easier for members to compare the different exhibits. If anyone wants to make an argument for a particular enclosure, please feel free to do so. Also, I would encourage people to list the enclosures in order of what they think is best.

All 4 of these exhibits are decent for the langurs, but the Apenheul enclosure for Hanuman Langurs is spacious (double the size of what is shown in the photo) and it's a walk-through habitat. Seeing langurs crashing around on the logs or the roof of the visitor area is a thrilling experience!

I believe you've used the wrong picture for the Javan langur enclosure. However, I also can't find a picture of the enclosure in my own photo collection. I'll see if I can find the correct photo elsewhere

Edit:
This is the current enclosure

In terms of which enclosure is best, I honestly can't decide.

Blijdorp's is definitely the worst, as it's way too small and they don't have enough climbing opportunities.

I haven't seen Pairi Daiza's for myself. So I can't really judge the size from the photo

Apenheul's enclosures are both quite good, as you would expect from them. But the Grey langur (Hanuman langur) enclosure lacks good vertical space, and is one of the only enclosures in Apenheul that has netting over it. Despite being a lot bigger than Blijdorp's enclosure. I can't say it's truly the best enclosure for them.

Their Javan langur enclosure has a lot more height to it, is open-topped, and has a lot of more foliage that the langur can hide in.

Judging by google maps, some of the enclosures on the path of healing (the exhibit complex their langur enclosure is a part of) are larger or similar in size to Apenheul's langur enclosure, so I think the title would go to the larger enclosure of the two.

Edit: street view has shown me that Apenheul's enclosure is easily larger, so Apenheul's Javan langur enclosure wins it for me

Poll closed. Congratulations to Apenheul for having the Best Langur enclosure in the Benelux. Both enclosures for the primates at the park were great exhibits, but the one for Javans came out on top. This is now their fourth win.

Apenheul (Javan): 54.5%
Apenheul (Hanuman): 36.4%
Pairi Daiza: 9.1%
