Best South American Tapir enclosure in the Benelux

This is just a bit of fun to judge the general consensus on the best enclosure for South Amer Tapirs in the Benelux. I have added a few photos from the gallery to make it easier for members to compare the different exhibits. If anyone wants to make an argument for a particular enclosure, please feel free to do so. Also, I would encourage people to list the enclosures in order of what they think is the best.

The Wombat and Komodo Dragon threads are closing tomorrow, and they are both in a draw at the moment, so if you want to vote or give an opinion on the exhibits do it soon before they close.

I visited 5 out of these 7 zoos on my European journey in 2019 and my vote goes to Pairi Daiza. That zoo has a sloping enclosure that's long and narrow, but with an impressive lake for the tapirs. Seeing the animals torpedo through the water was a memorable experience and the depth of the water was perfect for the tapirs.

I visited 5 out of 7 only not seeing Leeuwarden en Overloon.
The winner is simple for me, I don't think the pictures do it justice but Gaia has hands down the best enclosure. They expanded the tapir enclosure to make a pampas-enclosure expanding it greatly. They have multiple bodies of water, that are easily accessible. Options of shaded and open areas, different substrates not just grass and rocks. Plenty of feeding stations and enrichment, good stables again a little small. Ranking the rest would go Leeuwarden, Monde Sauvage, Overloon, Artis. Pari Daiza and last Bouillon.
The other enclosures don't have the size( of land and/or water), amount of substrates, access to shade, enrichment and number of feeding stations. Another thing to look at is the accessibility of going in and out of water. Which not every enclosures have.

Poll closed. Congratulations to Gaia for having the best South American Tapir enclosure in the Benelux. It was a pretty one sided poll, with it getting most of the votes due to being a large enclosure with plenty of water. This is their third win so far.
