Bird ID request

Hi everyone, the attached images were taken at Kurpfalz Park in Wachenheim in April this year. Not sure about the ID of these species. Anyone know what species are captive at this park?

The first two are 100 % White-tailed sea eagles, the rest are all falcons but not sure about the species.

I would hazard a Guess and only a Guess that the photographs 3 & 4 are either a immature Saker Falcon or a Saker Hybrid falcon
