SEA LIFE Birmingham birds of prey

I've been browsing ISIS over the last two days and I was surprised to see Birmingham Sea Life Centre holding birds of prey and owls.

Among species listed are

White-tailed Sea Eagle
White-bellied Sea Eagle
Steller's Sea Eagle
Striated Caracara
Red Kite
African Harrier Hawek
Asian Bay Owl
Barn Owl
Spectacled Owl

Does anyone know anything about this?

It seems strange that a Seal Life Centre would exhibit birds, and having visited this establishment several times, I'm wondering where they have put them. They don't seem to have a lot of room.

When i visited just before chrismas last year, there were no birds of prey.
Seems odd that a place thats meant to hold aquatic species would own birds....

The top floor of the Sea Life Centre has an open-air gallery and there is or was a double indoor and outdoor enclosure for a family of small clawed otters.
I wonder if they are using it as a mews or winter holding area for birds from a bird of prey flying show. Even this sounds a little eccentric as they can't be flying the birds in the middle of Birmingham.
So it may just be an ISIS mistake.
