Blackbrook will be closed until at least the end of January 2013 as they carry out emergency maintenance following floods and freezing. This is in the interest of Health and Safety.

Hopefully we'll get a reasonable amount of notice for when it will re-open ; although the earliest I aim to visit is February, it will be much easier and cheaper if I have trains to the northwest booked in advance
