Thanks, seems quite tiddly then...

At least if somebody with a lot of money did redevelop it they have the other 10 acres to expand into. I have been looking at some pictures of it on here and flickr and it looks like the place needs completly overhauling. I was particually shocked by the porcupine enclosure, looked like a rabbit hutch!

It does need a big overhaul, but if somewhere were to buy it, it might be a good spot for a Welsh version of the RSCC :D Being in a quiet town. It'd take an awful lot of money to fix the place up for its present occupants tho...

(expansion of the leopard cage, expansion of the red fox cage, building a whole new enclousure with outdoor access for the porcupine, transfer of the goats to a grass paddock, revamp and expansion of the capuchin cage...)
 
hav just seen another thread on here about borth, appantlly there is more land available with the zoo?
 
Yeah, confusing seeing the two threads next to each other but apparently there's 10 acres of land that are already owned by the zoo that haven't been used yet. Either that or they will be available to buy.
