I was in the Wildfreigehege Nöttler Berg in Saerbeck Germany close to Münster. A pretty avrage wild park. I was there last year too, but one single thing changed. In a aviary a new species was signed. The Bushturkey. I am quite confused that sich a extrem rareity was signed in. Woth only a handfull of animals in the whole of europe. I could not find it though in the park. Does anybody habe a answer.

Hamerton has bred this species twice over the past three years (in 2021 and 2023) per ZTL, so perhaps they came from there?
