Hi

I visited this facility in May, and I'm writing a visit report with species list.

This is a relatively new zoo located outside Bangkok. It is a private roadside zoo, and like many of them in Thailand, it has chained tigers and lions. Too bad that this zoo is newly made but still in a very old-fashioned business.

Here is the species list.
I'm following the format on Zootierliste.

<Mammals>
Black and white ruffed lemur (Varecia variegata variegata)
Common mona monkey (Cercopithecus mona (Syn.: Cercopithecus mona mona))
Common squirrel monkey (South American squirrel monkey) (Saimiri sciureus)
Domestic donkey (Standard donkey) (Equus africanus f. asinus (Syn.: Equus asinus))
Domestic goat (Capra aegagrus f. hircus)

Greater rhea (Common rhea) (No Subspecific status) (Rhea americana)

Rhinoceros hornbill (Great Rhinoceros hornbill) (no subspecific status) (Buceros rhinoceros)

It seems that the zoo had these species until recently, but are now gone:

More photos will be uploaded to the "Thailand-Other" album shortly!

Overall, I think this place is just another private zoo, and not worth the visit unless you want to see the rare primates and hornbills.

Feel free to leave any comments or questions!
