Can anyone identify this zoo in Asia?

Can anyone tell which zoo this (strange) YouTube video was filmed in? It looks like it was filmed at a zoo, but I'm not 100% on it. The whole video reminds me of Asia... especially Japan.

I believe it was somewhere in Asia (perhaps Japan?) but I am not sure. Can anyone identify it?
