Police are appealing for the public to help them trace a monkey that has escaped from South Lakes Wildlife Park.

Could only happen at South Lakes lol. It's one thing if it gets out of an exibit and into the zoo grounds but how on earth did it escape the grounds without being spotted?

South Lakes might be in real trouble if that monkey hurts someone out of fear.....

Well actually there are plenty of escapes from many zoos, so it's not just South Lakes. A capuchin is quite small so once out of the cage it could easily get away without being seen. It's unlikely to injure anyone seriously, unlike a jaguar at Doue or Dartmoor, gorilla at Rotterdam, elephant at Chester etc etc.
