Does anyone know what species/subspecies of cassowary was/were kept at Paignton Zoo from about 1930 to 1942?

According to ZooTierreListe Paignton Zoo had north coastal cassowary Casuarius casuarius bistriatus in 1930

According to this, London Zoo obtained a Casuarius casuarius grandis from Paignton Zoo about 1930 that died in London Zoo in 1942; skin and skeleton at Tring Zoology Museum.

I assume that this is the same specimen as the one referred to on ZooTierreList

Does anyone know about the cassowaries that are kept there now, i.e. what sex and which sub-species? Are they 'pure'?
I have always loved the enclosures they are in at Paignton and I reckon there is an off-show pair too?

My scant unofficial knowledge of them is that they had a pair of Southern Cassowaries, Alfie & Marina, who hatched a son, Alfie Junior, in 2003 and he's still there. Alfie Snr died in 2010 and Marina in 2011. Two chicks were imported in 2009 (from Madrid?). The 2013/14 Annual Review says there are 3 males.
