CAZA (Canadian Association of Zoos & Aquariums) is an organization similar to AZA (American Association of Zoos & Aquariums) and it accredits institutions around the country. The link below contains a 16-page annual report which is typed half in English and half in French due to Canada having two official languages. It is of mild interest, but what might intrigue overseas zoo fans is the list on page 14 of CAZA's 25 members:

Canada is the second largest country on the planet but in reality many of the 25 members of CAZA are small zoos that are not huge tourist attractions. Toronto and Calgary are the country's two major zoos, and Vancouver and Marineland are the nation's two major aquariums. Of Canada's 13 Provinces and Territories there are 6 of them that do not even have a single accredited institution.
