I don't know if this is an EEP approved baby or the result of a contraceptive that failed, but its good to have a new baby in their group again. Last was six years ago( Shanga's previous baby).

Visited yesterday afternoon and the new Amur tiger exhibit was open. Quite a hot afternoon so tigers relaxing most of the time. There was a good informative talk and a small scatter feed for one of the females. Tigers appear to have access to off show indoor area(s) plus three viewable outdoor areas two of which the tigers access by 2 link bridges over the pathways used by visitors.

on Monday our three female Asiatic lion cubs, Anala, Ramari and Kesari, born here in September 2016 to Rani and Kamal, are moving to Terra Natura Zoo in Spain .
