No, that is not a Malayan porcupine, that species is larger and darker, as well as distinctly have a white-crest of hairs on their nape and neck.
Wether the porcupines are or are not hystrix sumatrae, we can't say for sure since we have no idea on where they get them from. It's very possible that this is just a case of innacurate signage, a very common mistake done by Indonesian zoos that need to be put into consideration when IDing their collection. In that video, the signage don't even have a scientific name and more or less only consist of the animals common name and general facts, making it already unreliable to begin with.
It safe to say that they might have the Sunda porcupine instead, due to factors like geography and their relative ease to acquire for zoos or other verified facility. Trying to differentiate Sumatran porcupine with Sunda porcupine are difficult physicaly, so we have to know their origin to be certain of which species are they. Sunda porcupine are the safest ID for hystrix porcupines in Indonesian zoos outside of Sumatra and Kalimantan.
