Belfast Zoo Coati on the run in Belfast

The public are being asked to keep an eye out for a female white nosed coati who escaped from Belfast Zoo on Monday 19th July. She was in quarantine after recently arriving at the zoo.

Reminds me of the Colobus monkey that escaped a few years ago

Hope they catch her soon with her being happy and healthy

Ten days after she escaped there have still been no reported sightings and concern is growing for her welfare

There have been 2 reported sightings in the last 30 hours, one very positive and one perhaps a bit vague, I'm confident after todays sighting it is still in alive and in the area.
I'm sure the zoo will keep the facebook site etc updated with the saga
