Very much doubt that they will receive a male wolf. The enclosure isn’t really set up for mixing and they dont want to breed so not much point.

Yh good point the old male kera lived at zoo for a while alongside the last two timber wolves and then lived about a year on his own until he died in early 2018. He got to meet the 3 sisters and but was to old to breed.

When I was there last week the bearded saki were still in the enclosure opposite the inca trail penguins(which previously held black spider, then Squirrel monkeys) . They have been there for some time

What brought that on? Are they going out of giants?

Another bit of 2020 news only just announced - a male wreathed hornbill named 'Elvis' arrived on the 14th December from Amsterdam, to join the female 'Priscilla' that arrived in July. Although the pair are still young, there have apparently been positive signs regarding their bonding as a potential breeding couple.
