She still looks in very good health given her extreme age. Those heart-shaped brow ridges are very distinctive too.
 
Although Columbus had the world's first baby Gorilla born in a zoo(Colo) and several others followed from her offspring and others, its worth remembering that in the early years they were very slow in being able to form social groups or in having mothers raise their own young. Some of their Gorillas were still living in pairs in conventional barred cages at quite a late stage too.

Oddly enough, and despite having first bred a Gorilla nearly twenty years (1956-1975) before he did, they actually asked John Aspinall at one stage for advice on how to improve their management along the lines of the colony he had successfully established in the UK.
