thought id start a new whipsnade thread to help reduce the indivdual threads on here and this one will contain all the information about whipsnade zoo inc births , deaths , moves in and out of the zoo and new and old developments in the park as well as new animal ideas

Lynx are coming as part of the medieval beasts from Easter.
My personal view is that a single thread for Whipsnade is pointless.
Long threads going off track get too difficult to follow and the bigger zoos have lots of posts. If you only want to see Whipsnade threads you can do it by showing whipsnade threads only from the drop down list.

If someone visits the site and is looking for information on a specific animal or enclosure, it makes it much easier for them to find it if the information is in a specific thread rather than in one very long thread.
Also - don't assume that everyone has read every thread. This topic may have been posted in another thread, but when I had a quick look for it, I couldn't even find it myself. I'm sure it would not have been an issue if the other post was in its own thread rather than at the end of a general thread."
