Creating a blog

Can anyone tell me how I would go about creating free blog?
all help appreciated;)

Wordpress is free and I think it's fairly self explanitory. Youc an also easily customise the appearance of your blog.
 
Blogger (blogspot) is also easy, that's what I use and I find it very intuitive.
 
I started a blog once. I spent so much time getting the layout, fonts, and banners right, that in the end I never made a single post. :D
