Current status of marine animal breeding

Nice list and quite comprehensive, but worth noting that species in the list largely are restricted to ones that are of interest to private tropical reef aquarium keepers.
It does not include most colder-water species (several bred in aquariums, mainly by public aq's), species primarily bred for food production (also a source for some public aq's), or most sharks and rays (mainly restricted to public aq's because of size). Some of these non-listed species are bred in very low numbers, but others in large numbers. Among many examples: lots of small-spotted catsharks and southern stingrays are bred by public aquariums and lots of gilthead seabreams and humpback groupers in the food industry.

Latest edition of list of tropical marine fish that have now been captive bred. This excludes those species also being bred as food fish, also a lot of marine invertebrates are being worked on. It is likely that before long a large proportion of commonly kept home (an public) aquarium marines will be captive bred rather than taken from the wild:
