As I mentioned in the zoo's news thread, lots of changes seem to have been made recently at the zoo. I mentioned a few there, but decided it would be simpler to make a species list.

As this zoo isn't really sorted into 'complexes' like other zoos are, I will be sorting them into 'type' of animal. Please note that this may or may not mean the exhibits are close together.

Is Emo the white tiger still there?

What are the thoughts you guys have on this zoo? I know it has had some problems in the past.
I’ve only seen one episode of the show “ my life is a zoo “ but I really think that bigger and better enclosures can be added.

It's a very mixed bag.

On one hand, the tigers, lions, bears, hippo, and turkeys get excellent exhibits better than some AZA zoos. A few animals though, especially the primates, have bad enclosures. A new primate complex is planned, however. :D

I suppose I could write a review if anyone is interested.

A review would be nice, please.

What breed of cow, goat, and sheep?
I don't keep lists of domestic breeds when I visit zoos. If you know how to identify them, you could look through the gallery. I suspect the goats were African Pygmy. As for cows, I remember seeing a zebu and what I think was a Holstein, maybe? I have no idea about the sheep.
