Disney's Discovery Island Zoological Park

Many people may have heard of Discovery Island but don't know that it was a zoological park on Walt Disney World Property that predated Animal Kingdom. From a brochure I have, here are the species that resided in Discovery Island.

Demoiselle Crane
Muntjac Deer
Patagonian Cavy
American Alligator
Southern Bald Eagle
Golden Lion Tamarin
Dusky Seaside Sparrow
Ring-tailed Lemur
Hornbill
Brown pelican
Snowy Egret
Great Blue Heron
Toucan
Galapagos Tortoise
White Necked Raven

This may not be all, as the brochure/map also states that there was over 90 species of animals & over 250 species of plants. Also, the cover depicts a macaw and an osprey.

They also had fishing cats and giant anteaters at various times.
