It is diificult to have an single favorite animal so I will say my answer based on five groups of animals taxa of animals that I like:
Terrestrial Kangaroos (despite that reds are fine I am biased towards greys so extra points if a zoo has greys)
Common Brushtail Possums
Crested Porcupines
Striped Skunks
and Greater Bushbabies
So the one zoo I went to that does have all five taxa was Plzen (albeit the possums are off display) and Plzen is not my favorite zoo. While it is a great zoo which I would love to revisit, I still would not put this zoo to my top five (albeit my attitiude might change after a revisit).
Now the top five zoos I have been to are Berlin, Prague, Bronx, Brevard, and Kobe Animall Kingdom.
During my visit to these zoos none of them had brushtail possum, only one (Prague) had greater bushbabies, only one other (Bronx) had striped skunks, and all but one had kangaroos (with only one of them having greys). The lack of possums definitely did not ruin my mood in any of those trips.
