Easiest Zoo To Reach Via Public Transport

I'd just like to say thanks to everyone who has posted advice and and tips on this thread for me, but due to some events which have arisen, i've had to put off my little trip for this week.

However I will keep all this information in mind for when i hope to do a couple visits in the Easter break.
 
If you want to hop on Eurostar there is always Antwerp zoo which is actually attached to the main railway station. Berlin Zoo is also adjacent to the main station.

What about Blackpool, a short bus ride from the station?
 
The last time I wnet to Blackpool zoo by bus it left from behind the southern end of the tower.
 
Yes, the bus departs from Adelaide Street to go to Stanley Park / the zoo. This is a fairly straightforward walk from North Station :)
