“Have there been any studies done on zoo or enclosure size versus animal behaviour?
And that question has been answered - there have been studies.
The results of the studies were not what I expected and I questioned them and was provided with more explanation. Now I have a better understanding of why enclosures are the way they are.
The answers since my last post have simply led me to more questions and thoughts, but I think I have asked enough questions now. Based on previous reactions I doubt any further questions or thoughts would be well received. You are right I am a new to this subject and many of you are not.
So I’ll stop asking any more questions or speaking my thoughts and thank you all for the information you have provided. It has been helpful.
