After a recent zoological trip to Czechia, where I discovered collections like Zájezd and Dvorec which contain Europe's best selection of Chameleons and Cobras respectively, I was wondering what other zoos, large or small, harbour Europe's premier collections of particular taxonomic groups. Some searching on ZTL directed me to Oasi di Sant'Alessio and its hummingbird speciality.
