Any personal preference for Schmiding aside, all in all Zoo Salzburg is on a higher professional level (and I'm not the greatest fan of either).
 
Probably you should let your antipathy aside ;)

It are two zoos which are very difficult to compare. Both Zoos have their strong and weak parts. Even concerning the professional level both zoos have different strengths.
