Exotic Feline Breeding Compound Exotic Feline Breeding Compound (EFBC)

Tiger Haven is a sanctuary and I assume they provide quality care.

I question how good the care is given their website claims they currently have over 260 big cats and another dozen small cats. Presumably this doesn't include the new batch they've just acquired. They supposedly run completely off donations by the public, which seems like a rather risky way to manage the food bill for that many large carnivores.

For comparison, the number of big cats they hold is just about even with the total AZA lion population which is spread between 92 facilites...

They have been around for over two decades, so presumably they have their funding set, unlike EFBC which is why it closed.

What a mix of places. I guess that confirms no jaguarundi. I wonder why the one pallas's cat went to an animal hospital?

They provided more information in some Facebook comments. The last jaguarundi passed away about a year or so ago.

Alik the Pallas's cat has some sort of contagious condition for which he's receiving treatment at that animal hospital.

The list of relocations mentions 1 snow leopard (male Shailen), does anyone know what became of the male and female imported from Germany (male Karim from Stuttgart and female Naina from Berlin)? And what became of the female snow leopard (Anny) they had on loan from Tanganyika Wildlife Park?
