Has this place closed down? Their website is down and I know they were stuggling financially...

I don't know much about this place, but how does a Pet Refuge end up with Sulawesi Macaques and Colobus monkeys? I wish UK zoos would not discard difficult or surplus individuals created by their own breeding programmes into small cages at already-stretched rescue centres. It's one thing for uninformed individuals to get into trouble with exotic animals and need to rehome them, but for zoological collections to place additional burden on these places seems bizarre.
 
The refuge has not closed down.

The inventory of species at the EPR is impressive indeed but I do wonder about the owner's motives. The conditions at the refuge would not be tolerable in a public zoo that is for sure.
