I can't see your image myself, but one of the reasons you can't upload images might be because there is a posting requirement. You have to engage in discussions etc before you can share pictures. There's no information on the number of posts required, to stop people gaming it.

You could consider creating one thread for your identifications with some info on why you want to know, what interesting birds are there etc. That saves having a new thread for every bird.
