Greetings all (first post)
I was invited to join my sister in a family visit to Dudley Zoo (ably represented here by Benosaurs) this morning - it was still frosty at 10:00, although the morning fog had lifted.

I'll be honest here and admit my primary interest in visiting a zoo is for photo opportunity variation.

I had anticipated it would be difficult to snap the animals through cage fencing, but on the odd occasion was pleased with the results...

...although the condensation on the glass windows was another challenge (that I did not win).

We were also lucky enough to catch a falconry display at the castle clearing:
