Halesowen, Bearwood, Hagley, Stourbridge, Lye, Cradley Heath, Cradley, Colley Gate are also in the geography of the West Midlands and Birmingham but these are not Brummies they are Black Country.

M16 is part of greater manchester I'm afraid and if you're going back to ancient history the club started it's life as Newton Heath which is about 3 miles to the north east of the city centre, a touch nearer than Old Trafford is at the moment!
As for Everton well they started off life as St Domingo's and were formed so that people from the parish of St Domingo's Methodist Church in Everton (a suburb of Liverpool encompassing Vauxhall for infomation) could play football.

I know what your on about but what I am trying to say is 90% of the Black Country (8+ miles away from Birmingham) has a Birmingham Post Code which according to most people who don't live around the area makes us Brummies which is the biggest insult you could give anyone from the Black Country.

Not a chance of me ever chanting anything but VILLA VILLA VILLA, when I'm in the Holt End,but I think most people would expect nothing else from a life long Villa supporter,like myself!But then I'm also not offended by being called a Brummie,the only problem I have is somebody thinks I', a Blue's fan,just glad they have gone back to where they belong!!
