Forum upgrade

I upgraded the forum software to the latest version today, please let me know if you find anything that doesn't work.

There was one rather serious bug I found with not being able to access the country or region listing for galleries and forums ... but that's fixed now.

Here is something i noticed, nothing major.

The adds are appearing over the reply.

Its happened in all the images in the gallery i look at

Very minor thing, but I get an X at the bottom of my posts, I see you get one as well sim.

It may be only with new Thread's as I don't see one on this post.

Yup, that's just me testing some stuff trying to fix another bug - it will go away in due course.
